Terms and Conditions of Order and Delivery

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the online store of Electronic Service Pro Oy.

Products sold in the online store are provided by Electronic Service Pro Oy (Business ID: 3495932-4), located at Aninkaistenkatu 3, 20100 Turku, Finland.

We sell products to adult private customers in Finland. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

In addition, we provide electronics repair services, especially motherboard repairs and repairs of other electronic devices.

2. Ordering

Products are selected in the online store and added to the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by completing the payment at checkout.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

After the order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email.

3. Payment

The online store accepts payments through Stripe and Klarna.

Stripe payments can be made using the most common payment cards.

Klarna offers invoice payments, installment payments, and other payment methods provided by Klarna. Klarna acts as the payment service provider, and payments are processed according to Klarna’s terms and conditions.

4. Delivery

We deliver orders within Finland using Posti and Matkahuolto.

For orders over €100, delivery via Posti is free of charge for the customer.

Delivery costs are shown to the customer before payment during checkout.

The normal delivery time for products is approximately 2–7 business days.

The processing and delivery time for repair services may vary depending on:

  • the nature of the fault
  • spare part availability
  • required software work and diagnostics

If the repair requires ordered spare parts or software-related work, the repair time is usually approximately 2–3 weeks.

5. Right of Return

Consumers have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging.

The customer must notify us by email before returning any product.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned product has been received and approved.

7. Complaints

If a product is defective or the delivery does not match the order, the customer must contact customer service without delay.

Electronic Service Pro Oy is responsible for product defects in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Electronic Service Pro Oy is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations between the customer and the company.

Consumers may submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
